Payment options

When you order a product, you can choose to pay securely via Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Bancontact, KBC, EPS, iDeal, Belfius, Klarna, Cartes Bancaires, PostePay, BANCOMAT Pay, Przelewy24, BLIK, Multibanco, MB Way, Swish, Bacs, Satispay and TWINT. In addition, you can choose to pay by bill payment (only for business customers). Always include your order number when making a bank transfer so we can link your payment to your order.

Shipping method

All our packages are shipped with DHL. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with track & trace so you can follow the status of your order.

Shipping costs

• Netherlands: Orders delivered in the Netherlands will be delivered free of charge from a net order value of €225. Below that, €6.75 freight costs will be charged. For deliveries to the islands, no additional delivery charges apply.
• Belgium: Orders delivered to Belgium will be delivered free of charge from a net order value of €175. Below that, a €9 freight charge applies.
• Germany: Orders delivered in Germany will be delivered free of charge from a net order value of € 175. Below that, a €9 freight charge applies.
• United Kingdom: Orders delivered to the United Kingdom will be delivered free of charge starting from a net order value of €300. Below that, a €35 freight charge applies.
• Other EU countries: For orders delivered in other EU countries, from a net order value of €250, - will be delivered free of charge. Below that, a € 15,- freight fee will be charged. All prices mentioned above are exclusive of VAT.

Pick up

You can also pick up your order. This is possible on Monday to Friday from 07:30 - 16:45 and on Friday from 07:30 - 16:00. If you wish, please indicate this with your order so that your order is kept separate and not given to the parcel service.

Account

When you place an order, you can choose to create an account. However, this is not mandatory - both for individuals and business customers. The advantage of having an account is that you can view your order history and also easily place repeat orders.

Return

You can easily return an item to us. Filling out forms is not necessary. Please notify us in advance by email what you wish to return and the reason for the return. Always include a copy of your order or invoice so we know who the package came from.

Delivery conditions

All our deliveries are subject to our terms of delivery. You can view them via this link.

0% VAT

The zero rate applies if there is an intra-community delivery (ICL). By entering a valid foreign VAT number as a business customer, the VAT is automatically set to ZERO.

Delivery address

It is possible to enter a delivery address other than your home address during your order. Delivery to a PO Box is not possible.
